How many of you drink on a regular/weekly basis and does it affect your weight loss? Or do u find it's generally ok as long a you point it? Feeling guilty about wanting to go to the pub later, although I've saved 24weeklies and would only be drinking Malibu and diet coke.

I'm enjoying a regular glass of wine or two with no ill effects so far. As long as you stick to your points I can't see why drinking alcohol should be a problem.

I have a glass of ww wine a night and at least 5-6 vodka & diet lemonades at the weekend and weight loss is going fine :)
