Hi Does anyone know how many syns are in this?

MFP shows it as 165 cals per 100g so that'd be 8 syns / 100g. I can't find it anywhere to see what size pack/jar/tin it comes in so you'll have to work that one out yourself - sorry.

feels quite high - SW have a white sauce recipe which I have used ontop of lasagne which si low fat yogurt, eggs and nutmeg.
