Aldi nut cutlets

Hi

I've got an Aldi quarter pounder nut cutlet in my freezer and wondered how many Syns it is.

Can anyone please tell me?

The calculator seems to equate 1 syn to 20 calories

I've got them & taking off the free food ingredients (which equate to 46% of the ingredients according to the box) it is worse case scenario 6 syns per nutlet. Hope that helps!

It's not that straightforward tho rachysetty. The calculator takes alot more into account :/
Nut cutlets average between 9.5 and 13.5 syns each.

Oh, yeah, sorry, see what you mean. It maybe 25% carrot but it doesn't mean carrot accounts for 25% of the calories. Sorry! Ignore me! Dozey day (I was up twice with teething baby so I have a good excuse ;-) )
