Please can someone tell me whether the Aldi Brooklea Light Fat Free Natural yoghurt is free or should I syn it?

Yes it is free Nice and also BRILL VALUE for money but BEWARE the low fat pot is very similar and usually next to each other Done the mistake my self also their Greek yog is low fat not fat free
But Greek yog 0% fat at Tesco Asda are nearly as good as total and can be used instead of Total at a fraction of the cost
Plus cocoanut essence few drops in 0% Greek yog are no syns and much cheaper than the new half syn Muller ones!!
Does anyone know where I can get cheese flavouring??
