I'm am the same, apparently put in 2 lbs last week due to constipation, got Senna tablets from boots and they helped but don't want to have to take them all the time, I feel I eat enough fruit and veg and drink loads of squash, did eat a lot of chewing gum last week, so put it down to that! Cut that out but still feel bunged up, weigh in tomorrow so let's see.
