    Diet:
    Slim Fast (Mon - Fri) SW (weekend).
    Today is day 1 of Slimfasting! I've been to Boots and bought the strawberry milkshake powder as I've had it before and quite like it.
    I need to lose over 5 stone to get to a healthy weight but I'm aiming for 21lb off by Christmas.
    I hope that by keeping this diary I'll be motivated to stay on track.

    I don't intend to have SF for breakfast as I hate eating breakfast and usually just have a banana with my medication. So it'll be:
    banana
    snack
    SF shake
    snack
    700-800 calorie dinner
    snack

    I'll see how it works for me!

    Today: banana
    ryvita fruit crunch
    shake
    apple & ryvita
    ham, 2 boiled eggs, jacket potato & salad
    yogurt
    tea, coffee & sugar free squash

    I'm doing SF Monday to Friday and SW style eating at weekends as I don't want my impressionable 8 year old seeing me have a 'milkshake' for lunch.

    Yesterday went well, just a few tummy rumbles at bed time!

    ryvita fruit crunch
    banana
    SF shake
    apple
    beef casserole, jacket potato, broccoli & cauliflower
    mullerlight yoghurt
    ryvita fruit crunch
    tea, coffee & sugar free soft drinks

    Day 3

    Have got to lunch time and absolutely can't face a shake so I've had sardines on toast!
    I think I'll keep the SF for those days when I'm not too hungry at lunch and give the Slimming World plan another go.
