all set to see CDC for the first time tomorrow....what to expect??

when i went to LLC she put videos on weighed me, took photos and measured me, is it the same sort of thing with CD? im hoping to get really motivated

Similar sort of thing, but each CDC works for themselves so can operate diffferently. S/he should weigh you, offer to take photographs, possibly measure your waist. You should receive a Weight Care with Cambridge booklet as well as a Sole Source Booklet. Hope this helps
