hi,im new to slimming world,im doing it at home but hoping to find a meeting to attend, as i think i need the support.I lost 8st on weight watchers but having recently being ill,have put on 2st so trying something new.
well you'll get plenty support on here if you want it! i dont go to the groups but do it online but every now and again i need a little nudge of support! plus no1 knows how much i weigh so it's kinda nice being able to come on here and be a bit open about it.
