Well w8in on OH calling from offshore so I can head 2 bed. Bn a relatively quick day but has bn v cold, had 2 scrape windows this morn :-( Jst having my night time pukka tea with HExB of Honey a Monster Stix. Independence Day on E4 so stick that on in bed, get me 2 sleep.

Exercise 2nite, another 10min belly blast, Pilates this time & another 20mins interval running on treadmill. Feeling it 2nite, hope can kp it up wi rest days bein Sat/Sun wi jst some walking 2 burn some cals.

Horrible windy day here today with driving freezing rain, poor boys in the workshop were freezing!

Had a heap pasta 4 dinner but all I am wanting to do is eat. There is more pasta in the pan. Am wanting chocolate luckily there is none in the house - loads crisps tho!

Jst nd 2 kp thinking bout my hols.

Off work 2day 4 delivery coming. Not a PH 4 me unfortunately. Met up wi SIL & nieces 4 lunch. Nice catchup. Home now enjoying coffee in conservatory enjoying heat. Still got sore hwad from yesterday so mite go 4 snooze.

Hey up peeps - back again - been trying the Calorie counting but not enough control and you can end up eating calories that have gained from exercising!! Which is not really helping, so I am going to try a bit of both again and see how I get on.

Thought I had been doing OK but then got an award at work and photos were taken and I just look so frumpy. Glad they not circulated for all & sundry to see. Actually felt a little sick seeing it! Had a sore head all day which is not helping though I do have a fairy cake sitting in front of me and the thought of eating it is making me fell ill!! Hope head clears for tonight as it is my 6min run/jog with jog scotland and I really want to get through it!!

Anyhoo its pretty much the same old same old routine I have gotten back into so away to catch up AGAIN on diaries etc and see whats new!

Started afresh yesterday!!!!

Exercise - Jog Scotland 6min run / 1 min run/walk for remainder of 30mins. Total recorded cals burned on Jawbone 620 (dont think accurate but not using up cals anyway)
