Allowed Syns?

    Hi everyone, I feel like I am not in the right sub-forum, but I think it's the most appropriate for my question.
    Here it goes: I just joined SW online, never been in a group, so I need some hints! I follow the extra easy plan (right?) and I can have a green day or an original day how often exactly? :confused:
    And my second question. They say I am allowed 5-15 syns. To which number should I lean to? :confused: I have a BMI around 28 and I need to loose 24 pounds to my first target (and then another 8). What do you think? All replies very welcome, as I don't have anyone to ask!

    You can have a green day or a red day or an extra easy day any day you like.
    So long as you do each of them for a full day at a time, it doesn't matter how often you chop & change within a week.

    And I would say start out with your full 15 syns, however much you've got to lose.
    Then you've got something to cut back on if the losses start to slow down.

    i totoally agree with jimoftroy . You can have EE, green / red whenever you want as long as you have a full day on that plan.

    and I would start off using 15 syns and then you have something to cut down if your losses slow :)
