so not on an EE day? I am gutted as i had 28g (8.5 syns) as I thought they would be a healthy snack. I am weighing in on Wednesday but it is my birthday tomorrow and out for lunch and dinner so it is going to be tough. I feel really sad now and kind of wish my birthday wasn't happening :(
 
Nope, nuts and seed are only a B choice on a green day hun.

They are a healthy snack though, nuts are good for you, just highly synned.

Why don't you go out for lunch on Tuesday and have dinner on Wednesday after your WI? I know your birthday is tomorrow but surely it doesn't matter if you have a meal a day later?
 
I was thinking about doing that, I might enjoy it a bit more that way.
