Alpen light bars......

OK.... I've looked and looked but can't find a thread that will tell me if the Alpen light chocolate & orange bars are hexb or/& how many syns they are? I'm not at a class so can't go online or use the calculator..... can anyone help please?

You can have... 2 for a HexB!!!! All alpen light bars have this joyous news attached to them!

Which makes them 3 syns each by default then if you compare to HiFi bars as 1 per HExB (6 syns each)

I have made a school girl error of not reading things properly

I was gettin bored of choco & fudge...so got the choco fruit and nut...

just looked and they are normal alpen, not alpen light

can anyone give me a hint of the damage I have done please?
