alpen light bars

    just wanted to share that i tried the orande and choco and fudge and choco bars. They are delicious and can't believe they can be used as a hex b or 3syns... :D

    They are really yummy arent they?!!

    I thought that they were 6 syns a bar though? Am I wrong?

    A healthy B is usually 6 syns (if not used as a healthy extra).... you can have 2 alpen light bars as a B, so therefore 3 syns each........ *she says whilst ripping a summer fruit one open* xxx

    tried the aplen ones the other day, tesco substituted them in my order, and i was quite surprised how nice they were, will be getting them again

    Ohh which ones did you use to have Zena? Where they free? I love Alpen lights but get bored of them......... x

    i'm not a big fan - i prefer the hi-fi bars as they're tastier and chewier. bought £5 worth last night!

    But you can only have 1 hifi though...... it's all about quantity where I'm concerned, hehe x

    i can eat 2 alpen lights in the time it takes to eat the hi-fi bar though due to the huge air pockets in the alpen lights!!

    They're lovely crumbled over vanilla sprinled mullerlight with fresh berries, esp the summerfruit ones! :)

    I've just discovered these and have been using them as a healthy b when I have a sweet craving. They are lovely. My favourite is chocolate and fudge at the moment :)

    I love all the alpen light bars :)
    Also, next week some time SW are bring out berry bakewell hi-fi bars!! and the orange/mint bars are going to be in boxes for no extra charge!
