Alpen porridge

Hi all

Anyone know the syn values for alpens new range of instant porridges? The have several type that look interesting. Have not bought any yet in case they are high

only one i could find was this one.

alpen
Porridge, Raspberry, Apple & Raisin, dried, 40g sachet 7½ 7½ 7½

also looked and cant see it as a healthy extra.

The blueberry and nut one is 8.5 syns but so nice. Am hoping that it will become a B choice but I doubt it !!! I keep checking tho lol
