alternative to fry light

I didn't know frylight had alcohol in it, I'm gobsmacked lol. I only use it for SW roasties or SW chips and for everything else I use my fab non stick wok or frying pan and there's no need for frylight pretty sure they're both tefal.
 
The alcohol evaporates off completely so there's nothing to worry about.

The boiling point of alcohol is 78 degrees so if you heat your pan at ALL you will reach well over that!
 
Oooh so do the salad dressings have alcohol in them??

I'm assuming the alcohol is minimal, even if not.
