am back on the wagon!!!!

    Hellooo, im Em and Im in week one of my restart. Not doing too bad so far. Hubby left for india on buissness on saturday so yesterday was a struggle but i managed to get through it all though i could of done with drinking a bit more water!!! Today has been a nightmare. Took the kids to wembly to watch the harlem globetrotters. I am petrified of the underground so travelling alone with the children on it was a definate challenge. i couldnt manage my shake before i went as i felt too sick and was busy trying not to show the children (they are well away of my phobia as it is, so they are very good anyway) did ok, got there and back and bought the kids burgerking and sat and drank my water. Have had 2 shakes this evening since we got back but am really struggling to get the 3rd....am too tired and still feeling sick! Will have try just before bed I think!
    I just know tomorrow will be the day I want to eat everything in my path!!! lol!!

    Hi hun, well done on getting through the day. Make sure you get the last shake down you, you need all the nutrients etc. Have one made up as a hot choc (if you have a choc pack) and drink it before bedtime x x x

    cheers guys, this site is such motivation to keep going!! Managed the last shake but had to cheat and make it into a muffin cos just couldnt stomach the liquid!!
    Work today so will be busy as a bee so my aim today is to drink at least 1lt water and 1 very large cuppa at lunch. bit hard drinking at work because of lack of time and lack of loo breaks!! LOL!!:sick0019:

    Well done on sticking with it. My husband goes away sometimes but I must admit I find it easier when he's not here though it is hard copying with the boys on my own.

    Keep at it and you will soon be in Ketosis. I am on day 19 already.

    well today went quite well, didnt manage to drink much at work...1ltr but no cuppa!!! made up for it since getting home so will be up all night going for a pee! Am absolutly freezing - yay!!!! ketosis here we come!!
