Am I allowed an EE day?

So far today I've had 2HE choices with ham and salad.

Was going to have a mixed grill for dinner but OH fancies a curry so we're having homemade curry that I can syn with rice.

Is this OK? Is there anything else I should think about for EE and can I revert back to normal red/green days tomorrow for rest of the week?

extra easy should be 1/3 superfree, and 1 hex a and 1 hex b. you can change by the day which plan you follow.

Thanks ladies, will get him to add in some veggies to the curry we've got mushrooms, onions and peppers in the fridge. do you think the passata will count towards the superfree bit of it?
