No problem! I find it easier keeping a diary because you can keep track of what you've eaten. It's so easy to go over your syns! xx
 
I write everyting down in a book. I'm just finding it strange eating so much lovely food after practically starving on WW. I did loose 3 stones but put 2 back on when I met then married my Husband :(
 
Tell me about it! You get settled and the stones creep on! I tried WW but couldnt stand pointing everything! Also tried Atkins but found it really restrictive. At least with SW you have loads of free foods!
 
I only started on Sunday so I have a habbit of working out the points still!!! lol
I'm getting better tho, still can't belive I can have as much pasta, rice etc as I need.
Lovin eating potatoes, bread and cheese as they wer BIG no no's for me on WW

Hi keeleyd! Habit really plus on a green day you can have 2 healthy A's and B's on EE you can only have one of each.
 
Today has been a green day. Trying to save a few syns here and there as I have a wedding to go to on Friday and probably won't be very SW friendly!

Naughty me not filling my diary in this week! Over indulging in wine and apple pie at the wedding on Friday meant a 1.5lb gain this week. Only 7 weeks til my holiday so got to stick to the diet 100% to lose as much as possible! Have made some speedy soup today so thats in the fridge ready for some weekday meals. Will be back later to update my diary.
