I've read a couple of threads on here that have confused me..
I've been doing the diet for nearly 5 weeks on Sunday. I've lost 22lb so far. I've been doing ss and ss+.. But for the last couple of weeks I've been having two products a day and something from the ss+ menu and then a product after. Am I still following it a 100%? Would anyone recommend I stick to either one or the other? I know I could ask my CDC but I feel like I ask so much already! I've also sometimes been having 2 bars a day.. Is this also ok?
Any advice would be appreciated.
