Am i ok to do slimming world

Right i would like to start slimming world but i worry because my weight isnt that high i might not lose weight.
I dont hae any scales atm but the last time i weighed at the gym i was 9st 10. I wouls idealy like to get to 8st 5 as im only 5ft 3.
Do you think i will be able too.

You probably won't shift it very quickly but you will!

Definatley i started off at a higher weight but im now 8st12 trying to get to 8st and i'm still losing x

Yeh slimming world states that you need to have 7pounds to lose to join so you will be fine
