When I 1st started I quite like the chicken and mushroom and that soon turned to hating it. Have since only had the veg and oriental chilli. I must admit that I look forward to them at the end of a day eaten from a bowl with a spoon. In aam week I look forward to them even more as I add the chicken and veg and it becomes a bit chunky.
I like tomato, cheese & broccoli and oriental chilli soups - but do prefer shakes. Sometimes I just fancy something savoury and they definately fill me up more.
