im going to start this as it will really give me the tools to maximise my weight loss
i started slimming world on 22/2/12 after having a flash on the friday night
i have fibromyalgia with ibs
my 2 consultants have been at me for years to loose weight sending me to
the hospital dieticians , but they just made no sense to me.
my mums hairdresser lost over 5 stone with slimming world,
so she came to my house, did my hair, and we had a chat.
i decided to join my group alone,it was a big step, but i knew after 1 group it was right for me
i am never hungry and try to follow the plan 100 %, with one weekend away and easter.
but i got over these 2 maintaining, i didnt put anything on

so my start weight 19st3lb
my target weight 13 st

my weight loss till tomorrow is 13lb
today iv had frozen fruit with cereal and a muller light
lunch speed soup , activia snack pot , alpen light and 1 cup of tea

dinner will be chicken korma and boiled rice, with fruit

see you all tomorrow after weigh in

hubby and son wanted sw stew!!!
as the weather is so bad at the moment

SW stew sounds Devine...must try that! I'm new to this and started SW Monday. I've two stone to loose. All the very best to you. WE CAN DO THIS.

whitney it took me 2 weeks to get my head around sm, but im a lot better now, still learning all the time and feel so much healthier already

2lbs into my 2nd stone, i am well pleased.
really enjoyed group today but felt very sad
for one lady who was nearly crying as its her 3rd
week and no loss. listening to her she just didnt
seem in the right frame for SW.

anyways,
brekkie, mixed berries, cereal and vanilla muller light

lunch speed soup, activia pot, large banana

dinner, spag bol with veg, brown spagetti

my treat to night will be a mug of tea and an alpen light bar,
maybe 2

went back to work to day after being out with an eye infection.

mid morning banana and an alpen light

lunch, left over spag bol from last night

i think for dinner/tea it will be a chicken salad

didnt feel very hungry this morning, so i had to force myself
to eat a banana and yogurt
lunch was a small chicken salad,
im looking forward to dinner tonight
chicken stirfry!
but im really not that hungry today
this is the least i have eaten in a long time
i dont feel unwell, hope its just one of those days
 
very busy day yesterday, invited to bring the small dogs to the opening of a new pet store
stopped off a lidl on the way back and hubby left the radio on in the car while i went in,
battery dead when i came out. he rang the AA and they said an hour, so me, my son and the 2 dogs
decided to walk, so i got my body magic in there!!!

so had the usual for brekkie,
lunch was a mug shot fruit and yogurt
dinner was bbq beef with brown rice, very nice

i did have 3 lotus biscuits with a cup of tea
 
feeling tired today, must be the bad weather
well went and bought slimatea.
wonder why you can only take it for 14 days in any 2 months.

had a lovely dinner just now, turkey and ham mash and roast potatoes, savoy cabbage
and gravy, my sunday treat
 
never got on yesterday to up date
had gammon, swede mash and sw roasties
for dinner
couldnt believe hubby
lovely roasties he said!!!:eek:
 
WI to morrow at 11;30
im looking for at least a 3lb loss

to day eating a lot of SF
starting slim a tea tonight

dinner, very lowfat mince with onions, red and green peppers
chopped tomatoes carrots 2 oxos garlic paprika thyme cooked in 300ml
0f water plus mash .
looking forward to this
