Amazing!!!

Another one of those differences with what consultants say :) mine is insistent that unless you have a lot to loose you should stick to 10 a day, and a kit Kat chunky is 13. It'd be gone in less than 10 seconds if I had one as well!
 
Im curious to know why so many different consultants do things different ways when i assume they are all taught the same thing by slimming world HQ???? xx
 
I don't loose if I don't have at least 10 and my BMI is around 22 (depending on how much exactly I weigh - in target range) the plan is 5 - 15, I actually really don't agree with consultants who say you shouldn't have more then 10. I maintained having between 5 - 10, if my consultant hadn't suggested I upped my syns I would have never have got to target
 
I'm not saying you can I shouldn't n I used to save up my syns years ago and drink them but it is such a waste of syns in my opinion .. If I have a meal out then I still save syns for it. I find tho having ten or less syns actually helps my weight loss .. I always use 5 syns or more .. But with wine what I'm getting at is even if you have saved syns to have 6 glasses will each one be measured and will u say oh one more wont hurt n go over ?? I see alcohol as dangerous .. If I opened a bottle I'd finish it .. I haven't drank now since my brothers wedding in June and prob won't for ages I'd rather have chocolate and extras in my meals
