Meat is a free food according to Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution which is what I follow. Can't remember off the top of my head how much cheese but it can stall some people so try not to overdo it
Hia, I'm sure we are allowed 4 ounces but please don't quote me incase I am wrong. I have the book and busy reading through. The allowable list is huge but here I go again is right, some people stall on cheese and cream so experiment and see how you go to find your comfort zone and still lose.
Thanks for the info..well im not sure how much im having at the moment but I think its a bit much lol.but I do love cheese.for a whole week ive had mixed meat salads..1 small nd 2 largish ones everyday..but im finding it so had with work aswel..I just dont jave the energy....nd I only lost 3 pounds
