An easy chicken curry

Does anyone have a recipe for a quick and easy to make chicken curry?

Brown onions with ginger and garlic


Add a can of tomatoes and the following spices

Salt, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, whole cumin seeds

Cook for a bit

Add your chicken and cook on high heat for 5-8 mins

Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes

Turn heat up.. Cook for another ten.. Add coriander et voila.

The one I is brown chicken, add onions & peas and mushrooms and then I add the mayflower curry sauce which is 4 syns for 28g made with 100ml of water. Last time I done it I used 56g so 8 syns and divided by 2 people and served with rice and its just like chinese curry

had it last night, if you like chinese curry then its great, if you find its not hot enough then theres an extra hot one, if you fine it too hot just add a touch of quark or fromage frais
