And i am back

Hi guys... i am back now, only had a few days off as my heads not been in it, but i have sorted most of my probs out, and have booked the holiday to go with my partner and his parents (gulp) paid for by myself! i never been abroad before, aslong as i got ppl there on the plane that i know, i am just going to go off and do my own thing sod that lot!!

anyway so i am back on the diet now got 10 weeks to loose as much weight as possible!

14.4 would love to get to 11 half by then.. is this possible? 100% in it? just 3 packs a day i will forget about my chicken and an extra pack if needed!! lol

have to do it!!
