i ate half a packet of strawberry angel delight today and not the no added sgar one. does anyone know how many syns this would be. i used the milk as my healthy extra

A 47g sachet of the dried powder is 10.5 syns - not too bad.

no its 14 for the full fat one and 10.5 for the low fat one

Yeah if you only had half of the packet, and use milk from your allowance it would be about 5.5 - which is pretty good

no it wouldnt cause she said she didnt have the low fat one so it would be half of the full fat one equalling 7 plus ya milk from ya hex
