Angel delight?!!

I made the kids some butterscotch angel delight earlier and there's a bowlful left ... It's calling me!! Does anyone know the syn value for me so I know if I can sneakily eat it or fear it as the enemy?! xx

Angel delight original 15 syns per pack
Just divide by 3 if they were equal portions !!

Is that when made up with semi-skimmed milk? My mum does angel delight a lot when we go round for tea on a Wednesday and I always avoid it, but could have some with a small box of smarties or buttons

I think Asda do sugar free ones which are low in syns.

Yeah, with semi skimmed milk! Sticking to sugar free jelly over sliced strawberries fir my 'pudding' fix from now on xx
