another 4lb gone!!

been for weigh in this morning and another 4lb gone this week, starting on the plans next week as i go away in 6 weeks and at least ill have done some maintenance rather than just do SS till my goal weight and then not have enough time to do any maintenance.. dont want to put loads of weight on while im away, then after i come back im going to start on the plans again to shift any excess weight i may have left
