Well ..

My mate came back from the states yesterday and bought me round an exercise bike, only on the demand I clean out my wardrobe and send all the clothes that nolonger fit me to charity. So I did, but in the bottom I found a Macys bag from 2001.. inside a pair of size 38 waist GAP jeans.. tried them on and they fitted !!!

Tight 42inch to 38 inch in 3 and a half weeks..
