Hey everyone!
I've just joined this lovely forum today; have picked up some great tips and recipes already, but thought I'd best introduce myself as well!
I'm following Slimming World for the second time. Originally joined in June 2013, and lost around 3 stone. I then made the mistake of trying to go it alone at home and stopped going to group! Biggest regret, as have managed to put back on all that I lost and more! So, I returned last week, with my tail between my legs, and started fresh. I have 34.5lbs to lose to get to target. First weigh in is tomorrow, and I've been so good this week would love it to reflect on the scales with a good loss!!
