Hi all :wavey:

I joined SW 10 weeks ago but I have only lost 6lbs so far:cry:

Need as much help & support as I can get and I found this site, so thought it would be a good idea to join.

I used to go to WW meetings so I am finding this weight loss programme a little strange with all of the food and quantity that you can eat, so perhaps this is why I am struggling.

Was expecting to lose more than 6lbs though!

I will post todays menu on another thread if any of you have anu suggestions, they will be greatfully received :)

Hey, I'm Charli, I've been on SW 9 weeks. Honestly stick with it, I've had some funny old weeks, but as long as you keep going it will come off. What days are you doing, red or green? maybe I can help you out with some tips :)...not that I'm an expert, just someone who knows what its like to struggle with the whole dieting thing :) x
