Hi all, I'm another newbie to this site. Was recommended it by a mums website. Have been following a low-carb/high protein diet since Feb'09, lost 2 stone but put back almost a stone in the last four months as wasn't really following it. Am back on the wagon now so to speak, and am starting at 13stone Hopefully I'll reach my goal weight later this year and then maintain it. I've never been slim, even as a child and I'd love to be able to wear a size 12 in clothes.
