Extra Easy Another newbie

Hi everyone, I started at SW on Thursday. I've previously done WW years ago but spent all my time obsessing about what I ate. Tried SW before on Red/Green but couldn't get my head around it after WW.

I don't have too much to loose but definately need to do something before more creeps on and I need to "healthy" up my diet as well as cakes and chocolate are my downfall.

EE seems to be easy to follow and I'm amazed at what you can eat. Time will tell if I'm following it properly though.

Oooh and I've just noticed there's a whole section in recipes for puddings:drool:

Hi,

I too am a newbie, I joined sw on Wed night and started on Thursday and so far so good, I am also doing Extra Easy as their is soo much choice!!

I did ww a few years ago and it is strange being able to eat soo much lol

Am feeling quite proud of myself tonight as we always have an Indian takeaway on a Saturday night. I've still had it but not as much and more importantly for me haven't eaten loads of chocolate after it. Had an Alpen Light intsead. Not as nice-lol but not bad.

I'm a newbie too!

Hi all,

I'm new here too - started last monday. I did four months on WW last year and lost 2 stone. Put it all back on though! SW is so different. I just hope I can make it work for me...
