Hi Flopsie, I'm a newbie too, doing the low fat healthy eating with exercise thingy, well at least trying!!!

Your start weight is where I want to get to, how tall are you Hun, if you don't mind me asking?

There is so much to do on here, that it's definitely keeping me from snacking !!!
