not new to forums exactly,nor Atkins.:break_diet:
need to get my head straight,and behave
so any kicks in the butt welcome
i'm a nan to three beautiful little boys,and i keep tropical fish,and a bearded dragon
having a little trouble with working out in weight i am,i currently weigh 11 st 13 3/4 lbs,but the information wants it all in pounds
i'm not the brightest crayon in the box lol so any help would be great.

There's 14 pounds in a stone so 12 stone is 12 x 14.
That would be 168 pounds and you are 1/4 pound less than that. So you are 167 3/4 pounds (or 167.75)
