Hi Ali. Thanks for the welcome. I’m a WW Lifetime member, but have slipped into bad habits over the last few years. I’ve successfully kept off 40 lbs, for 10 years, which is the positive. I’ve put on over 50 on top of that. I would like to lose 40 to put me in a better place physically. WW works for me when I track consistently. I’ve reset, and am tracking again. I have lost 4.4 lbs. in the last two weeks. You sound like you’re plugging along with your plan. Here’s to a good week for both of us!

Come and join us on the Team 50 for Christmas thread. Decide how many lbs you'll shed by Xmas (it was originally 50lb for the year) and add yourself to the list. Then check in each week on yr weigh in day.
 
I will check it out! I need all the motivation I can get. The fall rolling into Christmas is notoriously a difficult time for me to stick to my plan. Hopefully a challenge will help!
