Another newbie!

Hi there everyone, i just started on Kee Plan this morning (pleasantly surprised at how nice the shake tasted!) - a bit nervous but very excited at the thought of losing some weight quickly!

I've lost 4 stone with WW but been stuck the last few months and ideally would like to lose 2 stone more. Decided on Kee Plan to shift it quickly and then probably maintain with WW as it suits my family life but I'm DESPERATE to get to goal now - if I don't do it soon i think I might lose all will power and put it back on.

Have been reading the threads and looks like there is loads of support here so looking forward to chatting to you all :)

Hi, thanks for the welcome.

Kee Plan (Protikee) is like the Cambridge diet or Lipotrim. I wanted a VLCD where I didn't have to go to a doctor and where I could order the products online and there aren't many where you can do that.

I'm on day 2 now and feel quite ok - hungry obviously but I'm told that will go once I get in to ketosis.
