He says to use Dijon mustard... (is that wholegrain?)

on p.90, with his vinaigrette recipe, he mentions using Dijon mustard or EVEN BETTER French Meaux à l'ancienne (with its tiny mustard seeds)...

would that be your wholegrain, do you think?

Darned Asda - website links don't work... if the ingredients look similarish to your Dijon mustard, why not!

never heard of either!! cripes this mustard business sounds complicated! I'm a new convert to Dijon, previously lived 45 years quite happily disliking it...

think coarse grain is wholegrain but crushed down a bit. :D i love dijon - especially the maille one :D

I guess it's one of those things we appreciate more as we get older? I never liked anything remotely "hot" or "spicey" before, but now do... I also find myself (since Dukan) experimenting far more with fresh mint, chives, parsley etc (the things I grow!) and cumin (cos I love it!), basil etc...

Ive always liked spicy stuff. ;)

im not a very spicy lady just plain old jet lol !

LOL Jet x
