    Hello everyone, I have now finished week three and last night I had lost 5 1/2 lbs. Yippee, that is a total of 22lbs in 3 weeks. My CDC is away next week and I said that I wanted to lose 10lbs in the next two weeks, she does not think I will do it, but I will do my best. Its 5lbs a week, lots more walking everyday I think;)

    I really want to do it. I'm going to Rome on 15th December and I want to fit in the plane seat comfortably. :eek: I hate having to bulge over the seat belt. Fingers crossed
