Hi guys well another weigh in gone well.

2lb off so adding to 2st 4lb

Week 7 - not been around to update much but had in these weeks losses every week, couple of slip ups, pleurisy and a tummy bug!

Wk 11 - 12st 10lbs goal weight reduced further and period on lipotrim extended ten weeks

(size 16)

Wk 13 - 11st 13lbs!!! (Large size 14 bottom/16 top - Goal set by pharmacist at 8 and a half stone which is the top weight for my height but may stop at nine stone if I start to look gaunt and wrinkly!)

Dreading this week, daughters 3rd birthday on Sunday, sisters wedding the following saturday, so doing refeed til then, dont want to refeed, just wish i could take the 2 day break on sunday and the saturday..
