Antibiotics and co-codomol

I have developed a huge abcess in my cleavage of all places. I have been to docs and I have two weeks of antibiotics 500mg 4 times a day and co-codomol higher strength 4 times a day for the pain. Do I need to come off SS+?

i had a similar problem last weeek i got a abscess in me tooth and was on antibotics and cocodamol my carmbridge conseller said as long as i had 3 shakes and a low carb meal it was ok to carry on with the diet
