Any former LTers?

    Am sure Howdy Doody is one. Are any of you former Lipotrimers and how is CS comparing?

    I have just completed week 3 of LT Part II (did it last year) and am due to finish next weekend as I can't do it any longer and am having a few health side effects so want to move on to incorporate food but still have shakes/something else during the day.

    So I am thinking CS might be the way forward. I've been lurking today as well and have a few questions if you don't mind:

    1. How much does it cost per week? Are soups and bars extra?
    2. Can you sporadically get weighed at the pharmacy or is it always or never?
    3. How many calories do the shakes contain?
    4. Are the bars as evil as LT flapjacks?

    5. Are the soups as evil as LT soups?
    6. How much are you supposed to loose?
    and finally....
    did you have a break from coming off LT or go directly the next day onto CS and how was your first WI the next week ?

    Yeah I'm still hanging around like a bad smell Chele :D (blimey that rhymed !)

    Here's my answers :)

    1. How much does it cost per week? Are soups and bars extra?
    Blokes are 27 quid a week but soups & bars are extra (soups 13 quid for 7 & bars 2.50 ish each)

    2. Can you sporadically get weighed at the pharmacy or is it always or never?
    Blokes don't do that. We do it in the privacy of our own home, after playing with power tools.

    3. How many calories do the shakes contain?
    Approx 230 odd & 25 carbs for blokes shakes.

    4. Are the bars as evil as LT flapjacks?
    Nooooooo - they are lush... too lush... I'm swerving them as I can't trust myself to stick to one.

    5. Are the soups as evil as LT soups?
    Ignore Emily... tomato is lovely (especially when you compare to LT chicken soup)

    6. How much are you supposed to loose?
    It's all relative.... I'm aiming for an average of 3 - 4 lbs per week which bearing in mind you are eating on it ain't bad going :)

    and finally....
    did you have a break from coming off LT or go directly the next day onto CS and how was your first WI the next week ?

    I had a break from December to January :)
