any ideas for my gammon tonight? x

Morning ladies, well ive got gammon steaks for tonight which i normally do sw chips and egg and it is a scrummy tea which i love, anyone any ideas on what else i can do, dont know if i dreamt it or read it or just going mad!! but something on the lines on cheese and breadcrumbs on the top, anyway anyone got any creations theve done with gammon?

Id stay stick with gammon and egg you cant go wrong there! And i was told yesterday that it's national egg day today!!!!

Last night I had gammon with a HUGE pile of fried cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinegar...........I love this diet!!!!!!

Usually I make some ratatouille and add the chopped up gammon to this. On EE I'd add some chilli and serve it with rice.
