Im trying to be good today and sort of make potato gratins - without a jar !!!
would i be right in thinking that i could peel and slice ,then part cook potatoes and leeks and then stir in some fromage fraise and it will sort of turn out the same ....or will i need a bit more to it than that ???LOL
any ideas people or a recipe XX
