any one on the 1200 plan?

was just wondering if any of you are currently on the 1200 plan? if so, do you just stick to the food in the yellow cd book? if not, what do you do/have on a typical day?
sorry for all the questions but would be gratefull for any suggetions you wonderfull ppl might have,and i sooo dont want to muck up the weight loss that i have had.

Hiya Tara ive been on 1200 plan since day 1 i have never looked in the yellow book since i got it oops lol i had a lot of chicken lol

No the foods i now eat are white meat, cod, cous cous, sweet potato, pitta bread or fajhitas, lots of dark green veg and if im having things in a sauce i tend to opt for tomato based ones or cover meat in herbs to add a bit of a difference. Gotta make sure you're weighing your food and counting those kcals also i only have 2 shakes a day....i find i'm hungrier in the evening so i'll drink water til lunch then have my 1st shake, when i get in from work i have my second shake and then have tea about 8pm or vice versa and on the weeks when i've actually been good ive lost between 2 and 4lbs a week. I also try and go to the gym 3 times a week too to tone
anytime :) Low carb low GI recipe books are good!!!!
Doesnt your CDC have any to lend you? Mines given me a fantastic 1 to keep coz she doesnt have anyone else on a food plan :)
