Any pescatarians on here doing Slimming World

    Diet:
    slimming world/pescatarian
    I recently became a pescatarian mainly on health grounds (I have osteoarthritis in my right hip and a pescatarian diet will prolong my hip until I get a replacement)

    Lost 116.5lb so far but still need to lose another 80lb any advice welcome

    What kind of advice are you after? :) I'm not pescatarian but am veggie and understand the concept as basically being vegetarian with the exception that you eat fish but no meat?

    I'll be eating a lot of seafood especially oily fish to help with my joints, it's going well so far and embracing the challenge

    I've started to do Extra Easy fully instead of the original plan but right now using syns on post workout whey protein and almond butter mixing my HeB on nuts and bread

    I'm pescetarian so I do extra easy on the days I eat fish, and Green on days when I don't. I do try not too eat too much in carbs on Green days but that's just what works for me.
