Any tips to keep hunger pains at bay!

IM starting ww again tomorrow for the umpteenth time! The only prob ive got is that i get quite hungry can you give me any tips please, i have 34 pp a day and i like to save my extra pp for a saturday for booze!
 
Fruit
Protein low in pp(ie boiled egg)
Herbal tea with a ryvita/cracker.
Small amount all bran/porridge with skimmed milk as a snack

& Remember:
Plenty of water
Fill up veg/salad with ur meals
 
have lots of fruit and veg and water.

Should keep you feeling full. I also find having weetabix and fruit for breakfast is a good one - or a larger breakfast. Less likely to have the mid morning snack attack! xxx
 
Keeping busy!
 
Fruit, veg, low pp snacks .. houmous.. zero point soup. Or paint your nails... do something that makes eating really hard, after 15mins you may have gotten over the "pangs" . A very slim girl told me she always had a glass of water first if she felt hungry, and if she felt hungry 20mins later then she would eat-basically the stomach sends mixed signals, you think you're hungry but actually you're thirsty!

water, water, water!

fruit!

I also find an options hot choc made with water is great in the evenings, only 1 point and stops me from eating about 8 points worth of choc in the same time it takes me to drink it!
