any1 find the night or day before weigh in realli nervous coz u want to have lost reali badli ! though u done real good exercise and food wise? i done real good i have exercised over an hour each day apart from friday and kept within cals and i no i have lost coz my clothes are getting loose its just waiting for the scales to go down ha i hope they do tomorow sorry i had it on my head and had to share
