I am having uplift surgery surgery on 27th April and I need to have all of my weight off by then, max 7lbs to the the surgeon advised as it would be pointless having an uplift and then losing the plumness again..... I am a little pleased as have been sticking to 2 shakes and a meal and managed to get to 10s 8.2lbs but Im just feeling extremely stressed out as my permanent target is 9-9 1/2 stone and I have just over a stone to go in 5 weeks..... I intend to go back to TFR after mothers day on Sunday, my first with my daughter and me and my sis and mum are off out but I feel sooooo stressed that this weight wont come off its driving me mental! Ontop of the stress im working full time raising a 9 month old and planning a wedding and birthday party...breath....breaths.... haha I just need to rant sorry.

Does anybody else have a tight dealine like this? How do you stop the pressure getting to you? Thanks  xx

hi, I go away on the 8th May so will have to refeed the week before. I know I cant do this diet in Florida as the food is just toooooo good!!! I set myself a goal of loosing 3 stone and I started 5 weeks ago but I can only take it one day at a time. I could not risk eating food yet as I am determined to stick to it and loose the weight so on mothers day we will all be going out for the day with a packed lunch for everone and a shake for me!!!! goog luck x

Hey FloridaGirl, its so tuff isnt it. I just wish I didnt leave lipotrim so late. I just kept thinking I have this long left and then it turned into, I have to lose 3lbs a week every week! :-( I suppose it has to keep me on track. I know if I try to start today then I will fail because mothers day I wont be in ketosis and I couldnt sit around other people eating out. God being overweight is crap haha x

I have a deadline, it's the end of May. I don't do well with pressure, so I don't really do anything to calm myself much since things bother me a lot. Plus I think and worry too much :S

I have 2 stone 11lbs left to lose.

Take the stress out of it! Go on TFR NOW! You will well lose it then. For the sake of one day out is it worth the stress????

hey guys, deadlines are rubbish as it is we dont need weight loss ones too haha. The pressure Ive taken on is unreal but Im sure it will all be worthwile on my big day. We can all do this diet, it's so worth it, we only have one life so we should spend the best part of it being happy (becuase were slim hehe) x

I'm sure by Monday you will be 100% commited. Just follow the plan to the letter and I'm positive you will hit your target. Try not to stress out, one day at a time......

Best to take one day at a time or the pressure could be just too much I reckon.

I have a holiday booked beginning of July and would love to lose the whole 8 stones by then but if not I will be happy with whatever I've dropped. I reckon I will be just under target but if I could lose 7 stones or more I will be dead chuffed. Good luck to everyone who has targets, stick to the diet 100% and we will all get there.
